The Terraces Meydan

Just moved in and love this building. Modern and unique design of the units which is probably one of a kind. The area is still new, however there is an easy access to Al ain road and Al khail road. Once everything around is developed this will be a gem.

Nice and unique building, in a new neighborhood with great potential. Since the maintenance company has been changed, many of the issues that are common in the new buildings in Dubai have been resolved. Apartments are spacious and bright. Noise isolation is pretty good too. Soon the buildings around it will be completed and will become quiet providing an amazing community to live in.

Nice community. Since Emrill , the facility management company is in place , lots of things improved drastically. The bedroom are spacious compare it to the buildings in Sobha. I did minor upgrade in the kitchen and it looks amazing. Definitely, it is not another tower in Sobha, the design is unique with various unit sizes & design ( minimalist & Urban london). I personally loved the first one.

The architecture of this building is very good and unique the interior design of the apartments is also very good. Ever since I saw this building and since Emrill Services started providing services here, the building has been running very well.

Overall a unique building, great residents and has an approach not seen before. There were a little concerns initially when the building got handed over but these are more teething issues that every new building has and got resolved in a timely manner. Apartments are great, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room good facilities. The pool section is central and has unique access.

A gorgeously unique complex located within an in-demand developing area. Whilst still in its first year of occupancy, the complex is improving constantly as the kinks of a new build are sorted. Although some have spoken about noise issues , it is to be expected with construction as constant as it is in Dubai. Extremely happy with the style of the apartments and amenities on offer. Highly recommend for families given the close proximity to local schools, as well as young/ old professionals who are after a complex with a great vibe and close proximity to downtown and surrounds.

Lived there for a year. Parking was terrible, entering it was a hassle. Many cars were damaged... Build quality inside the apartments wasnt so great either, the bathroom shower drainage would clog often and not only that but nothing to block the water from flowing out so often it would flow through the apartment which makes no sense design wise.. Overall lack of sensible design and terrible infrastructure.

I recently moved into this stunning building in Sobha Hartland, and I have to say, its truly one of a kind. The duplexes are extremely well designed. The building is situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Dubai, with very close proximity to DIFC and downtown.While the developer was late in delivering the building, and there were some issues during the handover process, Im happy to report that all those issues have since been resolved or are in the process of being resolved.If youre looking for a unique and exceptional place to call home in Dubai, I highly recommend this building. Its a testament to what a great building can be - stylish, comfortable, and convenient, all in one.

We decided to rent this apartment for its design and spacious rooms, but our experience revealed significant issues with the buildings infrastructure. Ongoing construction within the building with constant disturbances, and persistent noise, dust, and frequent workers presence. Public areas remain incomplete, and recurring problems and continuous rework.The infrastructure flaws extend to water leakage and drainage issues, (i had 3 visits from contractors within a year). The HVAC system emits a moldy odor, traced back to the buildings installation rather than our apartment, necessitating professional cleaning. Additionally, the lack of proper ventilation allows neighbors cooking odors to permeate our home.The breaking point came when we got stuck for about 10 minutes in the elevator with slamming doors and the entire cabin was shaking i had to squeeze myself out from a little openning from the door with my pregnant belly!In light of these issues, I cannot recommend this building due to its subpar infrastructure and maintenance.

Amazing interior, unlike any other building I’ve seen in Dubai, great community.

I see a lot of random 1 star rating without any explanation.We recently moved in this building. Just to clarify some things. It’s not the building that it’s not good, we are facing some issues with the management company which we are in the process of communication. Regarding the noise and construction I don’t think this point even has to be touched whilst in Dubai, because a big part of it is facing continuous construction and development. All the buildings in this area are facing at the moment the same noise and dust as The Terraces. But if you look from another point which is that the constructions will be done by 2024-25 and there are only a few buildings that are in a very active process of construction and almost all of them are at 40-%50% to the handover, and done by Sobha which is an insurance in delivering project’s on time. After that there will be no more new buildings in Sobha Hartland as there is no more free space, which is still much better rather than buying something and after 2-3 years see a new building in front of yours starting from 0 to 20+ floors.There is a lot of greenery all over the place, very friendly neighborhood for families.

We moved in August 2023, we absolutely love our apartment, right next to the park with great supermarkets and cafes near by. Interior is very unique and no other building looks like this.
